The New Zealand coast is one of the most famous of all fishing waters. The best anglers from all over the world come here to set new fishing records. The area is now famous as the"An Angler's Eldorado" after Zane Grey's book "Tales of the Angler's Eldorado, New Zealand". In their thousands billfish swarm along this coast each year from late December until June.
